60 mins walking to the city and back

Bought some new clothes, 2 pairs of pants and 2 skirts. Hehe I am starting to like this shopping business. Even started thinking about buying dresses. Crikey what is the world coming to. :shock:

55 mins weight training including warm up and stretching

thats good excerise. lucky you can go shopping, im putting it off as i dont want to buy clothes and wear them for a few weeks and then wont be able to fit into them.

enjoy these days of thiness :lol: go on and buy a dress... you will stunning over these summer days :wink:

well today...
40mins on treadmill [10mins at level9:)] and the rest on level 6
10 mins cross trainer
10 mins bike
5 mins rower

finally a full hour :) [and 5mins]
