Sunday 3rd: Walk n Kick

Monday 4th: 2.8Km walk~walk n kick

Tuesday 5th: walk n kick~1 mile walk (1.6km)

Wednesday 6th: x2 1mile walk (3.2km)

Thursday 7th: 2hour Shopping

Friday 8th: 1 mile walk (1.6km) ~ walk n kick~vacuuming~mopping

Saturday 9th: walk n kick
