2.8km walk....

getting to the end of the road!! Only another 1.2km all up!!! We extend our walk by a powerpole every 2 walks (each power pole is 200m apart!! Gotta love those pedometers!!! LOL) so it adds 400m to each new walk!!!

Wow... Great work!

Me:
Ha, 30 mins walks.
I am eager to do a decent workout to sweat a bit. Just so worried about injuring my right arm/shoulder. I think I am having a bit of withdrawal. I think I will go on the Cross Trainer machine at least just for a little while.

As long as you don't stuff it more FatGarfield and then end up back to square one!!! Take it easy and be patient darl!!! I know when I did my sciatica (at the gym, but that is an entirely full page rant!!!) my GP was horrified that the gym instructor told me to keep going and work through it!!! (she told me I was lazy, what the??) It took me 3 months to recover completely from it, but with the doctors advice and some suggested GENTLE back exercises I was fine!!
