I love the gym, I go about 6 times per week. :D :D :D

Day 105 at the gym completed!!!!
45 minutes of incline 10-15 walking

Good bye 500 calories!!!!
Goal for 2016:
Current weight: 94 kilos
Starting weight: 102.5 kilos
Goal #1: 92 kilos

Wow! great effort, can't say l love the gym or particularly look forward to it but it aint that scary once you are actually inside..
