After eating all the food in the world, I am very happy and fat...

Went to Glebe park and walked for 1.5 hours

I think I will try to hold on to my water and be strict with my food intake... There will be a lot of food in front of me during the festive season, see if I can give that to my relatives and friend instead of eating too much myself. Will keep you guys posted.

10 minutes rowing
20 minutes treadmill
10 minutes cross trainer
10 minutes excercise bike

never mind fat garfield, you have done well so far, you knwo what you need to do in order to lose that weight so keep going :)
