Merry Christmas. It is here and I needed to do some exercise before getting into anything today.

40 mins Tae Bo
20 push ups
20 sit ups

Wouldn't mind fitting in a walk later on too but will see how it goes.

Time to shower as a champagne breakfast is on the menu and I am doing a fruit platter to go with it.

Didn't fit the walk in after all. But still glad I did something. :D

I'm sure it does Kate :) Imagine all the kilojoules burnt running around preparing food, getting people organised etc etc.. let's just not think about all the kilojoules consumed :roll: :twisted: :twisted:

I did a walk for an hour and 5 mins.. had to turn back cos it was getting dark :( By the time I got home I didn't get going til past 7:30!!!
