15 mins jogging
45 mins walking
40 sit ups
12 mins stretching

The cals burnt here barely makes a dent in all the cals I have eaten, however, at least my heart gets a work out! :D

Have stopped counting cals for the moment. Will get back on track after New Year. In the meantime will continue exercising and be good when I can. :?

Went for walks in the morning and in the evening.

Altogether walked for 2.5 hours.
