My workout was a bit of a mish-mash...

5 min rower to warm up

1 set chest press
1 set one-armed dumbbell row
1 set chest press
1 set one-armed dumbbell row

1 set shoulder press
1 set lat pulldown
1 set shoulder press
1 set lat pulldown

5 min cross-trainer
2 min jog @ 13.1 km/hr (I quit after that because I have just discovered that the treadmill at my gym is absolutely HOPELESS, the thing SHAKES when I run at 13 k's and I'm not a really big person!!! the ones at my work are much better)

1 set walking lunges
1 set deadlift
1 set walking lunges
1 set deadlift

1 set fitball pass (abs)
1 set fitball crunch

1 set tricep kickbacks
1 set bicep curl
1 set tricep kickbacks
1 set bicep curl

5 min cross trainer
5 min rower (intervals)

I do it like that to break it up and do small chunks of cardio rather than a big lot so that I can do it at a higher intensity.
