Been very lazy the last week :oops: Just sooo busy.

15 minute walk
100 sit ups

...gonna ease my way back into it

20 mins walking
25 mins cross trainer - 15 mins intervals, 10 mins normal and cool down

40 mins weight training including warm up and stretching

20 mins Elliptical Trainer - "Constant Work" program (I have no idea what it was, just wanted to try it :P)
20 mins Bike - Intervals

552 calories burnt :D Woohoo!
