stretches
-calf, glut, stretch

Cardio
Walk =(easy flat)
Time = 20min

starting heart rate = 107bpm
average HR = 139bpm
average % max HR = 73

pain
-foot and calf pain did stretches but did not eleviate so made it a short easy walk

weights
3kg

bicep curls 1 X 12
triceps 1 X 12
lifting vert to horiz 1 X 12
dumb bell imitation bench press 1 X 12

cool down
door shoulder stretch
tricep
calf
glut
hold for minimum 30sec

Mood

feeling good might do some cycling later tonight to make up for short walk
