I didn't exercise today :evil: :evil: :evil:
But I did work 8am-2pm, 8-9 being a PT session (involving lots of lifting weights for people) and 9-2 was non-stop massage so by the end I was absolutely exhausted... and I really think I burnt off a lot of kilojoules by doing that!!!! You wouldn't believe how much it takes it out of you to massage people...
I'm going for a hard workout at work tomorrow - my boss is going to make me work my butt off!!

Did nothing Friday which means I don't get to have Saturday off like normal!
