35 mins Tae Bo

48 mins weight training including 15 mins stretching, was already warm from the Tae Bo

1 hour boxing training with my boss (he's teaching me to have good technique so I can teach more of it)

10km bike ride so far, will do more soon!!! have to reach 100km by new years!!

another 10km bike ride

(sweated my A** off!!)

up to 81.1km and will be at 100KM by new years. hope everyone can try their best to cut down our challenge km's!!!
