5 min Elliptical Trainer (warmup)
2 sets Bench Press
2 sets 1-armed Dumbbell Row
2 sets Shoulder Press
2 sets Lat Pulldown
2 sets Deadlift
2 sets Walking Lunges
2 sets Tricep Kickbacks
2 sets Bicep Curls
2 x 30sec Ab Hovers
10 Ab Ball Passes
20 Ankle Touches (similar to bicycle situps)
50 Crunches

20 mins Bike (15 mins intervals, 5 mins hillclimb)
