1 hr swim

1 hr curves ,they have a new piece of equipment today that works your upper arms and chest. it was like a present to have something different to use, there is 11 pieces of equipment at my curves now..love it 8)

43 mins walking, did some hills and a little bit of jogging...on the treadmill.

well - might post my exercise for a bit as im trying to boost it from very little to 4 days a week :D

35 minute walk with dog

25 minute walk on beach (10mins soft sand, 10mins walking in water)

washed 2 cars
polished 1 car

10 minute walk to go out for tea (in flip flops - bad idea!!)
