well done on the 2 mile Ally thats great 8)

1 hr curves for me today, it is pretty hot here in Melbourne and it was areal struggle today,especially as now I have to go to work till 10 30 pm.

oh well, I keep thinking of my motto no excuses, but damn its hot :lol:

Was very cool, Kim! A circuit of 2 mins speedball, 2 mins floor to ceiling ball, 2 mins punching on the big bag, shuttle run, as many pushups and situps as we could do... did that a couple of times through, then a couple of weights, then kept going with the circuit! Tiring!!

Kate will PM you about dvd's :wink: ...I really enjoy them. I have all my kids doing them with me too which is great as I really want them to learn early the benefits of exercise, not just for weight loss but just general fitness!!
