Hi!

I hadn't logged in for a while and had to re-register!!!

I have gone to the gym for at least a hour every day for the past week and havent lost any weight!!!

Have to work harder...

Maybe you put on muscle and weigh the same before you lose the weight?

Image thats a possiblity :) or it could be fluid or your food intake. there are a number of factors. keep at it and it will start to fall off you! you sound really motivated

Maybe, but i have registered with CalorieKing and I never meet the requirements for calories for the day

I dont understand it!!

Maybe you're not eating enough ?How many calories/kilojoules a day have you been able to eat? The absolute minimum recommended is 1200cal, and if you're doing exercise as well it would bring it down!

hey zoeh
i know what you mean about forcing yourself to eat when you arent hungry. ive heard that was the case for a few people i knew doing WW. they had til eat until their points were up for the day even if they werne hungry :(

Hey all I just got back from Sydney today incase you were wondering why I was soooooooo silent!! :lol:

I'm going to enter my step count for the week which roughly equated to 54kms!! EEK!

Mon - 16420; Tues - 19535; Wed - 14257; Thurs - 15059; Fri - 12425

I also have to figure out how to change my ticker....2kgs down!!! YAY!!

OK...worked it out! But then I realised I hadn't entered steps for today. It around 5000 before I took the pedometer off at 2pm and forgot to put it back on. :lol:
