Wanted to go for a bike ride but it's soooo windy out there :( :(

1 hour plus trek through rainforest.
got attacked by a leech..little sucker!! so did my dog :(((

30 min aerobic were I did kick boxing and some of the areobics oz style dvd.

The kick boxing dvd stopped on me so I had to change it over

Plus I did 50 sit ups
