I just rode the bike for 30 min and did 5 sets of sit ups

1 hour Kickboxercise class ... man I needed this!!!!! 3 lots of 5 sprints with 20 kicks on each leg!? Ok, maybe I didn't need THAT!!! :P :P

45 min cycle class

60 min body step class

woohooooooooo just got back and all those endorphins have kicked in and i'm feeling great!! This feeling beats chocolate!!!

1 hour dancing in friend lounge room :P

(burning off the ice cream cake :P)
