Yay today i did it . I walked 2 km outside although i was buggered by the time i got back wohoooo . I am so happy with myself :D

You have every right to be proud of yourself Jules! Well done.

Now you need to try to make a habit of it. As you get fitter it will become easier and you'll start to feel wonderful, especially when the kilos start to disappear.

Please keep us updated about your progress, it's very motivating to hear that others are exercising and achieving mini-milestones like this one.
