This morning I did 30 min of a circut.

I did squats, leg luncges, twists, push ups, push ups backwards arm work, sit ups, jog on the spot and arm pull ups.

I did these excerises 15 times each times 3

WEEK 1 - 86.5 kg
WEEK 2 - 84.9kg

30 min walk on the walking track

100 tummy crunches

5 minutes of weights with dumbells.

20 mins fast walking
17 mins jogging - yay increased by 2 mins this week. Wasn't hydrated enough before though...live and learn. :?
