1 hour Weights session at work

10 min Warmup - 5 min Rower, 5 min Spin Bike

3 sets Bench Press
3 sets Bent Over Row
3 sets Shoulder Press
3 sets Lat Pulldown

(As many situps as possible in between each set)

2 sets Walking Lunges
2 sets Deadlift

(As many pushups as possible in between each set)
