40 degree heat sure makes it harder to work out at the same intensity you normally do..

Hope the calf feels better soon Kim!!! I know how ya feel, I woke up last night/early this morning with my knee hurting and my quad burning. Thank god I'm having a massage on Sunday!!!

Thanks chaps for listening to my whining! Feeling better today, had it massaged yesterday and rested it reasonably over the past 4 days so it is time to get back into the fray. Will stick to walking and get back to the gym when feeling better, I can't just do nothing it drives me nuts! As if I had far to go.... :lol:
