1.5 hrs walking with a little bit of jogging throw in to try and get my calves used to it again. They feel a bit tight now but too bad...have decided I want bionic calves.

hmmmm KIM THE BIONIC CALF MUNCHKIN WOMAN!!! :P Take it easy there Kim...you don't want to injure yourself more and end up not being able to exercise at all!!!

I did the entire WATP Walk and Jog today!! (equivalent to 4km)

I was knackered and covered in sweat, but I loved it!! My eldest daughter did it with me and we had an absolute ball!!! There was only one of the jogging movements I couldn't get the hang of, but the rest of the jogging and jogging movements I could.....geez it makes you work!!!
