1 hour Weights + Cardio workout at work

1 Set of Bench Press, Bent Over Row, Shoulder Press, Lat Pulldown, Walking Lunges, Ab Twists, Deadlift, Ab Crunches

2 x shuttle runs in between each set
25 mins cardio at the end - 5 mins bike, 5 mins treadmill, 5 mins rower, 5 mins climber, 2 mins stepups-1 min skipping-2 mins stepups

20 mins walking
20 mins cross trainer
