45 minute Power Walk

Woohoooo - I exercised on a Saturday :D :D Hopefully the extra exercise session will pay off in my weigh in on Monday morning!!

kudos to you! you go girl.... It is only Friday here 5:00 actually, I just ate supper and I am happy to report I lost 1 pound today, woohoo, maybe the more food in is working. Have a great wknd!

Well done evilwoman you are doing a great job. Sometimes taking in a bit more food can actually help.
