Thanks! I'm amazed I actually bought stuff woohoo :D Nearly at the end of my pre-holiday shopping spree

Day 11 (Monday 5th Feb)

Warm up: Treadmill, 20 mins (12% incline, 7.6km/hr)

Antagonistic Supersets:
*Supersets are just going from one piece of equipment to the other, without a rest in between. Antagonistic supersets is going between excercises that work opposite muscles, eg, chest/back, bicep/tricep, quads/hamstrings, etc. Hope this makes sense....
Superset #1 (4 rounds)
Chest - pec deck, 20kgs, 10 reps
Back - seated cable row, 32kgs, 10 reps
Superset #2 (4 rounds)
Quads - leg extensions, 30kgs, 12 reps
Hamstrings - leg curls, 30kgs, 12 reps
Calves - standing calf raises, 30kgs, 12 reps

Maximal Interval Training:
Bike - 30 secs work (level 9) to 30 secs rest (level 4), 10 mins

Cool down: Stepmill, 120 steps/min, 25 mins

That's only half of the set excercises. I have to split them between today and tomorrow as I don't have that much time before work :(

Gotta walk to the Holden place to put my car in for a service (30min return)... please don't let it be too hot!! And might walk to the solarium tonight, depending on heat (30 mins return as well).

Day 12 (Tuesday 6th Feb)

Warm up: Treadmill, 30 mins (12% incline, 7.6km/hr as usual  )

Antagonistic Supersets (continued from yesterday):
Superset #3 (3 rounds)
Biceps - incline dumbell curls, 6kg, 12 reps
Triceps - bar dips, 10 reps
Superset #4 (3 rounds)
Shoulders - lateral dumbell raises, 4kg, 12 reps
Abs - ab machine, 32.5kg, 15 reps

Cool down: Stepper, 30 mins

Have to walk to Holden AGAIN today as they didn't have the part they needed yesterday :x I'll extend my walk a bit and make it a 45 or 50 min return.. think I need it!

AND THAT'S IT :D Finished off Round 1. It has been a bit of fun anyway lol. I'll have a go of Round 2 (another 12 days, same basic idea) starting tomorrow, after a good night's sleep tonight! (It could happen :( )
