50 mins weight training including warm up and stretching
60 mins Extreme Tae Bo and stretching
These things never do enough stretching for me I always do another 10 mins or so after. Anyway got hold of 2 new Tae Bo DVD. One is 8 min workout which I can use if I am really pressed for time or even better as a good warm up before weights (that's how I used it today). The other is Extreme Tae Bo, crikey. This includes normal Tae Bo, plus steps (I don't have a step but you can do it without it), plus light weights and push ups! It was fun. A few exercises I was a bit off trying to get the hang of it and the weights part really makes you sweat as they do it slow and then double time it. I'm knackered. The 40 min Cardio Tae Bo I have was starting to get a little easy so it was time for a change. Rest tomorrow....OK maybe a light walk during lunch time..but that's absolutely it.
