Hey Kim,
Which would you say is the best Billy Blanks DVD? I'm going to go hunting for 'em and want to get a good one :D I have the trouble that most cardio kickboxing-style DVD's aren't intense enough for me! But the way you talk about Billy Blanks ones, I think it would be!!!

Em with the Tae Bo Cardio the way it works is they show you the exercise slowly for 2-3 sets then you do it 'cardio' (basically double time) after that for 2-3 sets. I now find I do the whole thing double time as I know the moves and I need that for a good workout. With the Extreme one I now have it gets you moving more and adds star jumps and various moves like that to get you plenty warm. The weights are interesting too as eventhough I am using very light weights 500gms the moves are often fast with high reps and you start to feel it pretty quickly. I am really enjoying this one and I find them all motivating in a corny sort of way. It's like most things though, you get out of it what you put in. :D
