I actually exercised today!!

My husband & I walked down to the local nursery while our son rode his bike ahead.

It was hot and smoky (bushfires nearby). But I was determined to do it. This is someone who HATES exercise.

I'm pretty proud of myself. Didn't really time it though so not sure how long it was.

Used the facilities at the hotel.

13 mins walking
10 mins jogging
10 mins exercycle
10 mins rowing machine (that was fun!)
5 mins stretching

Strolled around the shops for about 3 hrs went for a swim and sauna later too, but the above was dedicated for exercise.
