I rode the excerise bike for 30 minutes, plus when I get home tonight I will be walking my dog for 25 minutes

plus 30 mins weights (back & triceps today) all supersets

Did a 45 minute Jenny Craig Walking DVD - felt really good afterwards!!

Hotel still :D

10 mins walking
13 mins jogging
18 mins rowing machine
5 mins stretching

More walking around the place but not as much as yesterday.
