Bit annoyed cos I was going to do my Park workout before going up to town with mum but stupid me set the alarm for half an hour later than I meant to for some odd reason, so I didn't have time :( Ah well, still did something!

10 mins cross trainer - random setting
5 mins cycling
6 mins rowing

1 hour walk for me, plus walking to appointments and picking up kids :D I think that I am going to need new shoes soon :lol:
