10 shoulder presses x 3 reps

10 bent over one arm row x 3 reps

10 push ups (ladies ones hehe)

30 mins - walking around shops at lunchtime

lol it doesnt seem like a lot but its the amount i feel comfortable doing :) ive been using wine bottles as weights hehehehe

Well done! I used to use tins of tomatoes! The 880 gram ones. LOL One night Frank made some sauce with them and I'm like "you used my weights!". He thought it was hilarious. :?

lol we dont drink wine but we have a few bottles in a wine holder so ive just been using them lol. the tins of tomatoes wouldnt last long in our house either! i love them- but mick hates them - so fussy! :roll:
