10 bent over one arm row x 2 reps
10 squats x 2 reps
10 shoulder presses x 2 reps


not a lot today- i have swimming lessons with moo this arvo

I walked the dog at a good speed for 25- 30 minutes

30 mins weights (chest, biceps, abs)
