Morning Exercise
A 30 minute walk to the shop and back
Watching Biggest Losers again (but I don't think that really counts as exercise as all I did was sit on my big fat butt)

Morning:
2 mile DVD (30 mins)

Afternoon (maybe):
10km on the Exercise Bike

I was going to go on the exercise bike after lunch, but I have to go to an appointment, so I dont want to be all sweaty and flustered lol... If I get time in between my appointment and getting dinner ready, I will go for a ride then :)

You've just encourage me to take the cobwebs off my old dumbells and do some work for this afternoons exercise.

50 dumbell lifts
a total of 3,500 steps on my pedometer for the day.

I didnt get to have my 10km ride cos I got home too late... tomorrow is another day :)

Does moving freezers and ovens around and cleaning under and behind them count? Cos I did that just before lol
