The stretching times are in a word...crapful! LOL
Mind you I don't think they stretch out enough sometimes in the classes at the gym and used to spend another 15 mins afterwards going over the whole body. Or maybe it's just me and I like to stretch!
I have still managed 4 sessions of cardio this week so that's no so bad I guess but haven't done a 'real' weight session in close to 3 weeks.
The Tae Bo Extreme inlcudes 15 mins of weights using a light weight but fast and he tells you to flex the muscle the whole time so even though the weight is light I am resisting the whole time if you know what I mean. Still this shouldn't be used to replace my weights program. Works been a bit mad lately and am finding I'm fairly tired when I get home so I am finding this an excellent excuse not to workout once home from work as I usually do and that means the weights suffer. Still going good on the rower, really enjoying it and my technique is a lot better. LOL I am ridiculously focused when on this machine!
