Morning Exercise:
3 mile Walk away the Pounds dvd (4.8km/45minutes)

Will probably go for a ride on the exercise bike later, but I want to get some house cleaning done first.

Afternoon exercise

feeling lazy this arvo so I'm only doing 50 dumbbell lifts.

wow only the two of us recording our exercise today emma.
I ended up doing some more walking (to the fridge and back, not :lol: )

I also did 20 sit ups and some silly dancing.

I ended up doing 110 crunches instead of the bike ride.. I'm hopeless at crunches, so i cheat a bit and twist a belt around the end of the bed and use it to help pull me up... Its still using my abs and other muscles so it must be of some use I guess...

Also did some leg exercises while I was watching the TV...
