well i've managed to get my act together and have developed this little program for myself doing things i enjoy :)

mon- aqua-aerobics
tues - walk with bub in the pram for 3km
wed - rugby
thur - tennis and a swim
frid - another walk with bub in the pram for 2km
sat and sun i have a rest!

this seems to be working for me at the moment so i'll keep chugging along :)

Congratulations Deb, with a fool proof plan like that, you're sure to lose weight.
