Today I have done 20 min aerobics oz style dvd and 25 min walk
Mel :)

WEEK 1 - 86.5 kg

just did another 40 mins in the pool walking and aerobics, my flatmate joined me and she is really unco and it made me laughthe whole time :lol: :lol:

CircusOz do heaps of adult classes. i've enrolled to do aerial work because I really want my dancer figure back and thought if I did something like that it would give me more motiviation and push myself because to be any good at that sort of thing you must have good flexibility and strength.

I get bored at the gym so if I do things challenging it will motivate me more to get in there, because I know those weights and pump classes etc will help with trapeze and tissu.

LOL im no where near melbourne but it definately sound slike fun zoeh. we have a circus place near here and for after school care training (when i was doing my diploma) we got to spend a day with them learning different things. im bloody hopeless at juggling!

Oh I am sure there are things offered that are similar in Sydney!

Some of the stuff they do is crazy but awesome and everyone is so nice
