Morning exercise
20 crunches (I crunched my celery stick 20 times before swallowing, teehee!)
50 sit-ups

I havent done anything as yet.... Ooh i need a boot in the bum lol

Been busy getting Pixi Photos done of my daughter and running around after three kids under 3 and organising my time away...

After I get off the computer I might go for a Bike ride or something and do some more crunches tonight....

I'm starting to be an exercise addict i think :shock:

Well heres hoping anyway

Darn with you planning on doing all that exercise, I don't get to boot you in the bum!

With all the exercise you do, you're truly a great inspiration to me. Have a relaxing break (if you can) and we'll catch you when you get back on Wednesday.

Did the first lot of exercise i have did in a while . I managed to do 2 miles of the 3 mile dvd.Boy did my butt muscles feel it .I must say though that i do feel much better for it
I'm hoping to do 2 again tomorrow, then maybe tackle the 3 mile
