Afternoon Exercise
I ran out of energy after this mornings walk so there won't be any afternoon exercise for me.
All I want to do now is snuggle in a warm bed with a book.

Jules you are so funneeee!

I'm so scared of the weekend, it's like I've just been issued with my licence to eat. I have so much trouble staying on plan during the weekends.

I am off for a 45 min walk now and I am going to walk everyday this week (I hope).

Pam had copied the Walking DVD's from Emma or Serena for me and when I went to play them this morning they wouldn't work so I think I may have to buy some can anyone recomend any. :D

love the weekends

Postby melcandoit » Sun Oct 23, 2005 7:36 am

Iam with you guys about the weekends, I used to eat chocolate from Friday night to Sunday night. Like it was my right to do this.
This is my 2nd weekend on my diet,, Friday night treat was a mango with low fat yogurt, and Saturday night was some can fruit with low fat yogurt with sultanas and some nuts on top....and it was soooo good . I have been to the gym eveyday for a week and 3 days....I do think I have lost a little bit, But I feel good in myself so that will do 4 now. :P

see ya ladies, Melissa

Wow Melissa, well done! I must admit, I think I've stuck to my alloted calories (first weekend I've done so in ages)

I've got a 50th party to go to on Dec 17th (I'm allergic to tobacco smoke smells so I might still talk myself out of going as there are several smokers attending) but anyway it's a reason to lose weight. I'd love to look a bit slimmer for the event and buy myself a cocktail dress to wear.

Hmmm.....maybe if I put another exercise animation up, you guys won't notice that I'm not exercising on the weekends.
