Nasty weather here in Perth today so I'm doing step-ups instead of more outdoor exercise (I have a sunken loungeroom)

50 step-ups

It has been so wet here the last couple of days and I haven't been able to get out to do any walking. I looked in BigW and Target and I couldn't find any Walking DVD's. :(

Chased my son around the safety center for 20 mins the walked in pram for another 20 mins
