Tuesdays Tas Exercise

So far today:

Before breakfast: 5 kilometre bike ride - 10 reps - 2.8 kilomteres on this new fangled ski/walking thingo.
Before lunch: 1.6 kilomteres on ski/walker thing. 2.9 kilometres on bike and 10 reps.

More to come later, before dinner! :shock:

Exercise before I eat Dinner

Thank you very much for the encouragement :D

Before dinner I did another 2 kilometres on this darned walker/ski thingo - I even gave myself a burst/extra kick on it and maintained my highest heart rate for 5 minutes.....now I am crawling on the floor absolutely exhausted :lol:

Oh by the way dinner consists of turkey, rice and vegetable mixture and grilled chicken breast (no skin, fat or bits on it)

Great list - I am sure we will have lots of fun on here

Wednesday Excitements!

Before Breakfast (which I haven't had yet);
2 kilometres on this awful contraption ski/walker/runner :roll:
5.22 kilomteres on exercise bike on level 5 - the levels are from 1-8
10 reps on the multi gym.

Now off to have breakfast: not sure what yet but will log it in after the event :)
