Hi everyone,
I re watched the biggest loser today and it made me feel like getting to work on my blubber (even with my sore shoulder tendon and neck problem)

I did 1000 steps on my treadmill
20 crunches
then 100 dumbbell lifts (on each arm) no more flabby arms for me this summer.
