Body Pump class (60mins)
20 min run on treadmill in intervals - 40 secs running on 13.5, then slow down catch breathe and then go again...

I did heavier weights and my arms are already hard to move, not looking forward to tomorrow!

10 DAYS TO MY BIRTHDAY! :P

8 mins rowing (I broke the rower :oops: )
