i should be feeling on top of the world, i walked 10km today but instead, i feel aweful.

my self-esteem is at an all time low, not sure how to make it better :(

Just think of all those reasons you want to lose weight. This time will pass. Congratulations on that massive amount of exercise you did.

Great going Deb . Me the only exercise i did today was chasing my son around the park . He has hit 2 and runs like superman lol
