6km bike ride

hopefully im going to go for a run again tonight if not ill go for a walk with heidi this afternoon

had to really push myself today it was more of an effort than it has been in ages. Then when I watched Damien tonight on TBL I was glad I pushed through my pain barrier and kept going...he is fab 8)

1 hour and 40 minutes walking. Had to cut it short because of the rain (it was heavy) wanted to do 2 hours.

half hour curves and then went for a 45 minute walk, which ended up being half walk, half jog
