Today's Exercise Regime so far...
10 kilometres on walker/ski/fall off contraption
7.11 on exercise bike
30 reps on multi gym - the reps consist of 10 sets of 4 different exercises.

Dinner tonight:
Pink Ling fish and/or salmon cutlets with salad, pink eye potaotes (I am not a big potato fan so might have half a one), steamed brocollini and carrots.

With Gerry away for the weekend I haven't had time for walking and it was so wet today.

It takes me 4 hours to walk around and feed all the Parrots we have so I hope that counts for a bit.

I must find some Walking DVD's. :D
