havent been well the past days with sinus and i think the flu i coming on so ive ummed and arhed and decided not to exercise until i feel on the mend otherwise ill make myself worse.

can you believe it??? It was my first day off work in I don't know how long and my sister dragged me out of bed at 6.30am to go for a walk!!!!! But I felt better for it!! 40 mins :?
