Hey cool, looks like everyone had Saturday off and not just me.

40 mins walking
20 mins jogging

45 mins weight training

hey kim yeah had a busy weekend!!! esp. saturday- of course that is never an excuse not to exercise however i was more than happy to prioritise other events on saturday to exercise= thats my excuse and im stickin' to it :P haha

90 min run/walk (preparing for the Run for the Kids). I think/hope I covered at least 10km!
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

I did a one hour walk this morning, a 30 minute bike ride around the Uni and a 45 minute walk with my fiancee' around 7pm! Also did some sit-ups and resistance training!
