No Milkyway it's a DVD. It is really good and includes steps and weights. I use only a 500g weights (looks like they are using the same in the DVD or maybe 1kg) in each hand but you feel the burn after the second weight exercise. It's also interesting doing jumping jacks holding weights. LOL
